3. Services and Reservations
• All puppy listings are subject to availability.
• A reservation or deposit secures a puppy only after we send a written confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse any reservation or cancel any booking at our sole discretion, including if we suspect fraud or non-compliance with our policies.
4. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are in United States dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via Zelle,Apple Pay Google Pay and bank transfer, or other methods clearly stated at checkout.
• Full payment or agreed deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
• Prices are subject to change without notice before your purchase is confirmed.
5. Delivery, Pickup, and Shipping
• Puppies can be picked up at our store or delivered at an additional cost.
• Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to health checks, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Health, Guarantees, and Returns
Our Health Guarantee and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully. We provide a limited 14-day health guarantee. Beyond this period and except as stated in the Refund Policy, all sales are final with no refunds for change of mind.
7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to circumvent our reservation or payment systems.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users.
• Resell puppies purchased from us without prior approval.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access and cancellation of any reservations.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific puppy or service in question.
• We do not guarantee that the puppy’s temperament, size, or behavior will match your expectations after the initial period, as these can be influenced by environment and training.
